Übersicht PU-Rollen und PU-Räder Blickle Extrathane Serie GTH

Schwerlasträder und -rollen der Serie GTH besitzen einen Laufbelag aus hochwertigem Polyurethan-Elastomer Blickle Extrathane®, der auf einen Radkörper aus robustem Grauguss aufgegossen ist. Die Räder zeichnen sich durch eine besonders hohe Schnitt- und Weiterreißfestigkeit und eine hohe Tragfähigkeit aus. Der Laufbelag mit einer Härte von 92 Shore A weist eine hohe Abriebfestigkeit auf.

Die Serie GTH kommt häufig im Schwerlastbereich an Transportgeräten, Flurförderfahrzeugen oder in der Automobilindustrie zum Einsatz. Wenn beim Transport von Waren höchste Tragfähigkeiten gefordert sind, werden häufig die Doppelrollen der GTH-Serie verwendet.

  • GTH – Räder
    GTH Räder mit Polyurethan-Laufbelag Blickle Extrathane

    Die Serie GTH deckt eine große Spanne an unterschiedlichen Radgrößen ab. Diese reicht von Raddurchmessern mit 100 Millimetern bis hin zu 1.000 Millimetern. Die Serie ist mit einer Kugel- oder Pendelrollenlagerung verfügbar. GTH-Räder mit Nabennut (Serie GTHN) können auch als Antriebsräder verwendet werden.

    In der Blickle Produktpalette ist die Radserie GTH mit verschiedenen Gehäuseserien mit Anschraubplatte lieferbar. Diese beginnen bei der Stahlblech-Lenkrolle in Schwerlast-Ausführung und reichen bis hin zur stahlgeschweißten Schwerlast-Lenkrolle mit einer schweren Drehkranzausführung:
